Only items in NEW, NEVER WORN condition will be accepted for full refund.
Return/exchange requests must be received within 5 days of delivery. Returns after 5 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Your account will be credited the amount of the item, less any shipping charges once we receive the return shipment. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be authorized.
Please contact info@pennylovedesigns.com to obtain a return authorization number for your order. When returning an item please carefully wrap in bubble pack in a box to prevent breakage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the package and get delivery confirmation.

Lifetime Guarantee
There is a lifetime guarantee on every Penny Love Designs piece. Repairs due to faulty workmanship will be made completely free of charge. Items damaged due to normal wear will be charged accordingly.
